"Last evening I was playing some basketball with the young people of the church and somehow threw my back out (not too major here...I think). It's been really neat. If I bend over the wrong way, or try to sleep comfortably...yikes! Anyway, it seems to be a little better this evening, but I might still have to see the chiropractor Monday. It's tough being old."
