The Honest People

While checking the lists of all the tax offenders, I came to a conclusion. The northern regions of Canada has the most honest people. Under the North West Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, there has been no tax avoidance or fraud committed in the first five months of the year. Notable mention goes out to PEI who currently has one case. These null numbers are compared to our own beloved provinces low number of 43 in the first five months.
